If I was asked where I think the current increase in interest in Cafe Racers / Street Trackers would lead to, I would point to Luke Inazuma’s GSX750.

Why do you say that? (I hear no one ask)

Simple. It seems the bikes taking peoples interest at the moment are smaller capacity ‘70’s japanese bikes. With good reason too, they are cheap, plentiful and brilliant.

However, prices are starting to climb and parts will become harder to find in time. That is not the reason I think bigger bikes will become more popular as a base for a custom street tracker.

There is only so long one can ride around on an old underpowered 250cc - 500cc without wanting just a bit more power. I could be wrong of course as it has happened before, albeit it was 8 years ago.
