Some more quality work by Studio Motor on this little two stroke Cafe Racer.
I’ve ridden on the Avon tyres they’ve used at the back and they are totally not suited to a bike that is meant to go around corners at any type of speed. Easy enough to change to something more modern that would suit the look of the bike more and make it handle a hell of a lot better.

We’ve finished our CX500 Cafe Racer “Morning Wood”. The photo shoot has been done and the pics will be seen shortly.
In the meantime we wanted to find out if Firestones smoked.

A most eloquent acquaintance of mine upon seeing this picture said “I’d ride the shit outta that” even after he found out it was only a 400. He then shared the pic and commented “Holy Shit!”

Would you ride the shit outta that?

Saw an amazing bike on Instagram and asked for pics. Junior replies he has a photo shoot coming up and would I mind waiting.
No, No I wouldn’t, these photos are top class. The bike is mint of course. Looking forward to what else will come out of Junior’s Garage in the future.
“The bike is a 1981 CM400; I purchased it the day after my previous build was stolen. It was just frame, wheels, and a locked up engine. I was able to find an 82 450 with a six speed, so it was purchased also. Since I was building it for myself, I wanted to make as many of the parts as possible. These bikes are not popular because of the shape of the subframe, so I chopped it off and built a more aggressive one. The hand formed steel tank is inspired by old Italian race bikes.
I built the tail to follow the lines and the seat is wood base with leather pads. I freshed up the engine and had the head ported and polished. The clip-ons are tach and headlight brackets are all connected and are one piece. A couple of buddies of mine talked me into building the pie cut undertail exhaust, and I’m glad they did. The rear sets are composed of the original engines oil pump and a pocket bike transmission. The bike is a blast to ride and do so every chance I get.

Probably the smallest bike I’ve posted. A tiny CL50 by Honda “reimagined” (I believe this word pisses off a lot of people, hence its use) by Jet Motorcycles of Japan.

When you think of custom Sporty’s, the last place you’d think about is Thailand unless of course you like ladyboys and then you’re probably trying to book your next flight there as you read this.
Anyway Aek isn’t a ladyboy (maybe he is I didn’t ask) but he is from Thailand. He sent me some pics of his Sportster which I absolutley love (the bike not the pics). Definitely one of my favourite Harleys ever.
And yes Aek, next time I’m in Thailand on “business” I expect to be shown the sights…
